The mysterious image of Sony is a teaser for a new Ratchet & Clank game named ” Ratchet & Clank: into the Nexus!” This game will be an addition to the popular franchise made by Insomniac Games. The official name of the game is It will launch exclusively on playstation 3 later this fall.
This game brings the Lombax and his robot back to outer space in search of the two villain brothers: Vendra and Nefting Prog. Ratchet & Clank must bring the two villains back to prison, unfortunately they escape, leaving the famous duo behind. Again, they find themselves in a dark and twisted sector of space where they must overcome different obstacles with another set of tools to their disposal.
Brian Allgeier, the brain behind Ratchet & Clank, wanted to go back to the familiar gameplay setting of the first Ratchet & Clank game. All 4 one and Full Frontal assault were original games in the popular franchise, that some loved and some criticized, but they aren’t true to the origin of Ratchet & Clank. Into the Nexus will bring lots of things back to the franchise like the double jump, gliding, bolt collecting, upgrades, crazy weaponry …etc. in addition to the new functions.
