Sledgehammer is looking for new talent to join the Call of Duty development team.
Although Sledgehammer won’t give an official announcement, it seems like Call of Duty will be back in action soon.
Sledgehammer’s job listing don’t mention a Call of Duty game but a high-end console title. Later on the job inscription however Sledgehammer admits they’re looking for someone to enforce the Call of Duty development team.
“The job is focused on finding an engineer to take Call of Duty’s “online experience to a new level”, and create “Multiplayer game modes and online community features”.
Don’t forget that Sledgehammer started the development of a third person Call of Duty game before they were forced to cancel the project and join the Modern Warfare 3 development with Activision.
Modern Warfare 3 was developed by Activision, Sledgehammer and Raven.
We’ll have to wait and see for an official announcement.
