Slightly Mad Studios finally admitted that Project Cars will no longer come to Wii U.
Wii U was one of the first platforms announced to support the Project but it seems the hardware simply can’t handle it.
The studio already said that they were struggling to get 30fps on the Wii U. Now they got the game running on the console but only at 23fps which isn’t enough to deliver the real experience.
The developers did say that they are hoping that the Nintendo NX, the new Nintendo console, will have enough power to support Project Cars.
For now it seems that Nintendo gamers will have to wait a little longer if they want to get their hands on the racing simulator.
