The Darksiders franchise gathered a lot of fans during the THQ days but it never seemed like we would ever see Darksiders 3, until today!
Amazon accidentally leaked Darksiders 3 earlier today, showcasing never before seen artwork and a logo of the game. Now, THQ Nordic couldn’t keep it a secret and officially revealed Darksiders 3. The game is part of an exclusive IGN deal and they’ll be posting more about the game in the near future. But what do we know?
Well, for starters, you’re playing with a female warrior this time, called Fury. Fury is a mage that uses a combination of magic and an impressive whip/sword to take down her enemies. She can also shift into different shapes to make combat even more interesting.
The story continues after the events of the first to games, where leading character War brought the apocalypse a little too soon. To make things worse, the Seven Deadly Sins have escaped the depths of Hell. It’s up to Fury to set this right and take them down one by one.
The game will release next year on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
