So at PSX 2015 Tim Schafer came out of his Kickstarter funded cave and announced a lot of cool stuff.
So first Mr. Schafer showed trailer and revealed the release window for Day Of The Tentacle Remastered which is March 2016. Honestly I don’t need a release date if I know which month it releases in.
Secondly is a new game Double Fine is making and is being published by Adult Swim called Head Lander which looks like a Metroid-like game which looks really cool.
Next up is another remaster. This time we get Full Throttle. You know I really like that Double Fine is selling these games as remasters instead of remakes. I mean when Grim Fandango was announced I thought it would be a remake instead of a remaster so I was only slightly disappointed with the debut trailer.
Lastly aside from Psychonauts 2 being announced Double Fine also announced a VR game(or experience I don’t know) called Psychonauts In The Rhombus of Ruin. I do love the hilarious jab at the Time magazine cover.
And that’s that I think. It’s a lot of stuff and don’t forget they announced Psychonauts 2 yesterday so yeah.
