Summary: Devolver Digital E3 2021 Showcase

The Devolver Digital E3 showcase is always the weirdest and funniest to watch. Wondering what happened this year? Time for a summary.

Well, this year was the most cringeworthy one I have ever seen. Making fun of subscription models and just all out going bat shit crazy. But I will not be sharing information about that, if you want the lowdown on that, just go watch the entire thing on youtube, let us talk what was announced first!

Shadow Warriors 3, a game that looks like a lot of fun! I had flashbacks of my Doom Eternal playthrough and that is surely a good thing!

Trek to Yomi is up next, Coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S/X, and PC in 2022!

Third in the presentation was Phantom Abyss, early Steam access is coming soon as it should land on June 22!

Fourth, Wizard with a gun, looking and sounding very good! Coming to Nintendo Switch and PC in 2022!

Fifth is Death’s Door, a game that opens on July 20 on Xbox Series and PC, Reaping souls of the dead and punching a clock might get monotonous but it’s honest work for a Crow. The job gets lively when your assigned soul is stolen and you must track down a desperate thief to a realm untouched by death – where creatures grow far past their expiry and overflow with greed and power.

A card playing game was up next, Inscryption, From the creator of Pony Island and The Hex comes the latest mind melting, self-destructing love letter to video games. Inscryption is an inky black card-based odyssey that blends the deckbuilding roguelike, escape-room style puzzles, and psychological horror into a blood-laced smoothie. Darker still are the secrets inscrybed upon the cards…

Seventh, a game for mobile that looks an awful lot like that disney Tsum Tsum… Devolver Tumble Time

Last, Demon Throttle, getting a physical release on Nintendo Switch, out next year!
