“Doggie Ninja The Golden Mission” is a PvP action game up to 4 players can play. Let’s enjoy this game with anyone, anytime, and anywhere!
Break the castle!! Crush the rivals! Let’s throw the wall blocks to break the castle! But watch out! If you break all the blocks holding the roof, the roof will fall down! Once the falling roof hits a Doggie Ninja, He/she will be blown away!
Once you break the golden blocks, you can get coins. Let’s break the golden blocks to collect lots of coins! There are iron blocks that break through the floor and bomb blocks that destroy nearby blocks! You can enjoy different games for each stage!
Doggie Ninja The Golden Mission is a really silly game really, very basic in the possibilities, yet fun to a certain degree. I will come straight out with it, it looks gorgeous and plays nicely, but this is not going to be your first pick when browsing the ever-growing Nintendo eShop on the Nintendo Switch. Doggie Ninja The Golden Mission is more a game you will want to play with friends and if you are in the mood for a pretty mindless game for a change.
As you start the game, you will be surprised by the pretty great graphics, this game looks great indeed. All Ninja Doggies have their own style and color, you control one in the game of collecting money in a “castle” level. Basically, doors are holding up the roof and once the roof is no longer supported, they fall down. Your duty to destroy the doors in order to get coins and score the most coins by the end of the game.
There are 2 screens in the “how to play” section that explain the game more than you would need. I only checked because I wondered if the game was really that empty? Spoiler alert, it is that empty after all. three levels in single player mode and after around 30 minutes with the game, I was so bored, I quit the game and started browsing the eShop for a new game already.
Yes, alas this game has no appeal to keep you playing for a very long time. Even my brothers kids thought this game was too boring to really play more than a handful of games and they are in my humble opinion the right age group for a game like this.
In conclusion, Doggie Ninja The Golden Mission is another example for my long time theory that graphics do not make a great game! The game was fun for 5 minutes and then I just lost interest and even the youngest in the family were not impressed.
