Rumors have been floating around but those rumors are backed by Polygon so while nothing is confirmed, it’s now gotten to a point where I feel like I can talk about it.(the header used was a fake.)
This rumor started a few days ago when a member of Neogaf nonchalantly stated they had heard Marvel Vs. Capcom 4 is in development and is going to be revealed at PSX next week at the end of the Capcom Cup. I initially took these rumors with a grain of salt but now other sources are starting to rear their heads. Polygon stated that Marvel Vs. Capcom 4 is indeed real and will heavily feature Marvel characters from MCU and will feature less to no X-men due to some weird shenanigans going on at Marvel. Though it’s cool to potentially see a new Marvel Vs. Capcom game I would have rather seen Capcom try and do a new cross-over or even try to do Capcom Vs. SNK again. Either way, PSX is going to be interesting.
