Rashid of the turbulent wind is the next fighter. He has control of the wind and makes a lot of tornadoes.
He looks like a cool character and reminds me of Shaheen of Tekken 7 which is one of the only cool new characters. Some time ago a list was leaked with character and Rashid was one of them. And while the name is generic and you could say that it’s a coincidence but chances are that the list is real. I can’t find the list but Juri is supposed to be in so I am good. I also love his scouter, super and his Luigi voiced YAHOO.
