Surprise! Nintendo is working on Pikmin 4 and the game is almost finished!
Miyamoto revealed this news during an interview with Eurogamer.
Eurogamer had to opportunity to talk with Miyamoto and the Nintendo legend said that the Pikmin team is working hard on Pikmin 4. Even better, the game is almost finished!
“It’s actually very close to completion,” Miyamoto said. “Pikmin teams are always working on the next one.”
“We can confirm that Pikmin 4 is in development but that is all we can confirm at present.”
The last Pikmin, Pikmin 3 released on Wii U in 2013. Miyamoto hasn’t confirmed the platform for this fourth one yet, Wii U, 3DS or NX? Time will tell!
