We host giveaways on our Instagram channel and other official socials. To avoid disappointment or unnecessary discussion, you can read our rules here.
By participating in any giveaway hosted by GamingBoulevard (“we”, “us”, or “the Platform”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These rules apply to all giveaways unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
1. Eligibility
Giveaways are open to individuals aged 18 and older, unless stated otherwise. By entering, you confirm that:
- You meet the age requirement,
- Your country allows participation in online giveaways,
- You are not affiliated with GamingBoulevard, its contributors, or partners involved in the giveaway.
We reserve the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who does not meet these conditions.
2. How to Enter
Entry instructions are clearly stated in each giveaway post. Entries that do not follow the rules (e.g., tagging, sharing, answering correctly, etc.) will be disqualified.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple accounts, fake identities, or automated entries will result in disqualification.
3. Winner Selection
Winners are chosen fairly and randomly, unless a skill-based or jury-based mechanism is explicitly described. All decisions are final and not open to discussion.
Winners will be contacted via the method used to enter (e.g., email, social media, comment system). If a winner does not respond within 3 calendar days, a new winner may be selected.
4. Prizes
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
GamingBoulevard is not responsible for:
- Lost or damaged prizes during shipping,
- Incorrect contact or delivery information provided by the winner,
- Technical issues in digital distribution (e.g., expired codes, regional restrictions).
5. Delivery
Physical prizes may take up to 30 days to arrive, depending on the destination.
Digital prizes (e.g., game codes) will be sent within 7 days after winner confirmation, unless otherwise specified.
We are not liable for delayed or failed deliveries due to third-party carriers, digital platforms, or external services.
6. Disqualification & Fair Play
We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Attempts to manipulate the outcome,
- Participates with multiple identities or fake accounts,
- Harasses or misleads other participants or GamingBoulevard staff.
Any violation of these rules will result in permanent exclusion from future giveaways.
7. Privacy Notice (GDPR Compliance)
By entering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data (e.g., name, email, shipping address) for the sole purpose of managing the giveaway and delivering the prize.
Your data will never be sold or used for commercial purposes.
It will only be shared with necessary third parties (e.g., postal services, publishers) to fulfill delivery.
All personal data will be deleted within 30 days after successful prize delivery, unless required by law to retain it longer.
8. Platform Disclaimer
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, [Instagram/Twitter/Facebook/TikTok] if applicable. By entering, you release those platforms from any responsibility.
9. Modifications
GamingBoulevard reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any giveaway at any time without prior notice, for any reason deemed necessary.
10. Governing Law
All giveaways are organized from Belgium and governed by Belgian and European Union law.
