The Nacon Revolution Pro Controller 3 is the newest entry in the controller franchise and is here to perfect the formula a little further. It’s something we’re used to with this line of controllers and I still don’t see it as a real downside, the wire does the trick just right.

But, the Nacon Revolution Pro Controller 3 is far more than just a decent wired controller, it comes with tons of additional options. First things first, you can easily change the weight of your controller by inserting one of the extra small weights that come with the controller. Personally, I like to keep my controllers as light as possible but I know there are a lot of competitive players who prefer to hold something a little heavier. Thanks to the extra weights, it’s really all possible. On top of that comes the compatibility with PC and the ability to save your favorite profiles on the controller itself. Just like before, you can create and save some of your preferred control schemes on the controller, easily switching between them while playing. You also have access to a couple of extra buttons and thanks to the great PC software, you can really alter this controller to what works best for you.
Compared with other controllers on the market, this one simply offers the most content for its price. Yes, it’s a rather high priced compared to the official PlayStation 4 controller but you’ll really get more for your money. Being able to change your own controls and save some of your profiles on the device is a huge plus, even if you’re not constantly competing in professional tournaments. This is just an extremely sturdy and decent controller with an appealing button layout. It’s also worth pointing out that this one has the same D-Pad as the Unlimited Pro controller, which is a great upgrade compared to the others in the Revolution Pro line.
