Hey Folks, welcome back to another instalment of the Nintendo Boulevard column, where we cover last weeks’ most interesting tidbits of information.
Last week obviously was ruled by the big reveals on Arms and Splatoon 2 in the special Nintendo Direct! Arms now has 10 fighters, free DLC for the future and can be played in a multitude of modes, I look forward to play it with the pro controller myself, what about you?
Also covered was a big part of the Splatoon 2 game, where mostly the single player seemed to come in play, with the possible reveal of the big baddie for single player? This game for me is the number 1 in my waiting list, it even exceeds my desire to play the new Mario Odyssey, taking days off from work when it releases and everything!
Last week also saw the release of Shadows of Valentia, the new Fire Emblem Echoes game, an amazing collectors edition was already covered by my colleague Lander! Did you get this game or not yet?
For the future, we got some great news as well, Level-5 came out to confirm they were working on a new Switch game, my hopes are for a Layton game even though I would not say no to a Yokai Watch, ah, let us hope we get both!
And finally, Inti Creates has released a lot of amazing information about their Gunvolt series, the Switch is getting at least a physical copy in Japan for the bundle of Azure strikers and Burst, they were looking into the options to bring them to the West! Don’t forget that Burst is also coming to 3DS.
