The Zelda franchise is a big thing for Nintendo, did you know it was one of the first games ever to sell 1 million copies ?
The Legend of Zelda on the NES was the first Nintendo stand-alone million seller. The game was the first game (not including the Super Mario game that was bundled with the console) to sell that much.
This meant the start of a new and adventurous adventure that went on since that day.
Today The Legend of Zelda still remains one of the most successful franchises Nintendo owns.
