It’s pretty impressive to see how dense and yet compact the map of this adventure is. Of course, you can transform into your vehicle to discover the world at a faster pace but it’s the combination of exploration and combat that really stands out. At its core it’s a third-person action game where you discover new placed, beat small hordes of enemies, and unlock new powers to reach new parts of the map. It’s all there but the way you play is all up to you. There’s a lot of freedom and the game never tells you what you need to do first. Just like the bigger open world games, there are challenging segments that you’ll need to return to if you aren’t able to advance.
