Whether you prefer building on simple foundations or placing every tree, you can build the university you want.
Lay down pathways with new easy-to-use tools. Plant glorious collections of outdoor flora. Place benches, fountains, sculptures, hedgerows – even picket fences. The only limit is your imagination (and your in-game bank balance). Not the usual fare but, of course, it wouldn’t be a Two Point game without a twist.

I have always been fascinated by how these life-simulating games have their place in the gaming market and despite my desire to call them a niche genre, they most certainly are not, as mainstream as can be, Two Point games do fill in the niche part by making their games specifically about running a certain type of industry. This time, it is all about building the campus of your dreams.
Starting with the very intuitive tutorial, heck, a lot of time spent in the opening hours of this game could be called the tutorial and I just love how everything is explained properly, this is my new go2 example for proper tutorials. Just about everything in this game, from what I have played, is well balanced and sure, some tweaks here and there for personal preferences, but nothing too big.
Probably the biggest downside to this genre is the need to really sink tons of hours into the game, making it for many players the only active game on your console. I play a lot of games at the same time and this is what will prevent me from really getting to be that evil director I aspire to be. I just don’t have the time or the patience for it…
In conclusion, as much as this is both great and with its issues, Two Point Campus sure does the trick if you have the time to spend on it.
