Welcome to the overview of Sony’s latest State of Play, where they intended to focus on PS4 and VR!
We start the presentation with Crash Bandicoot 4! The title got the moniker : It’s about time! and I love it. The game looks like a great platformer and the presentation showed us a lot of gameplay.
More skins, more options and mechanics and characters. Crash 4 introduces quantum masks that will bring a new dimension to the game. The ability to play as Coco is quite novel too! The game is coming out October 2nd, 2020! Crash 4, it’s about time is PS4.
The next game is from IO Interactive and is the new Hitman game. PSVR mode included! January 2021, the assassination awaits you!
Third game in the presentation is a game where they seem to be making a jigsaw puzzle at first, a more artistic game when you see it. As the trailer unfolded itself, Braid, anniversary edition, the title, revealed itself. This classic puzzle game is coming to playstation 13 years after the original and is coming in 2021.
The Pathless is the fourth game and gives us footage from Playstation 5! An open world mythic adventure game where you play as a hunter. The game appears to be all about hunting by means of archery. It looks very special… Coming to PS5 later this year.
Next is Spelunky 2, the second game that is to get old player and new get excited. Out September 15th on Playstation 4!
Genshin Impact is next, another Playstation 4 title. Out this Autumn?
Next is a title witch some cool graphcis and it appears to be a brawler. Its title is Aeon must Die, out in 2021 on Playstation 4.
Next up, what appears to be a linear platformer/runner game that kind of resembles Katana Zero in the way it is presenting itself. Anno Mutationen is the title!
Next is another Playstation 5 title. more footage is shown from the title called Bugsnax , most interesting way to present a game…. Out later this year!
PSVR is up next with a Star Wars game about Darth Vader. Master the lightsaber in VR? I am down for that! Out on PSVR on August 25, Vader Immortal!
The next game is from none other than Remedy, so whatever you do, stay in the light! Control expansion 2 is coming to Playstation 4!
The following game is some sort of battle chess variant? There was a lot going on on screen but I honestly had no idea what I was watching, Auto Chess is the title.
We got a weird but fun looking puzzle game up next, called The Pedestrian, out next year on Playstation 4.
Next up are 2 games coming to Playstation 5. First is a game apparently set in medieval times. Rather violent action, which was typical for the period in time, the title is called Hood, outlaws and legends. Out next year!
Temtem is the second game! The pokemon wannabe clone is coming to playstation 5! Out next year!
New gameplay for Godfall is shown next, this game is coming later this year! Playstation 5 in case you did not know. This game is in my humble opinion the most impressive PS5 title to date.
