Out of nowhere, Ubisoft showed Skull and Bones, something entirely new.
The trailer shows awesome naval combat on the deep sea. It reminded me of a combination of Pirates of the Caribbean with the naval gameplay of Assassin’s Creed.
It shows a wide variety of ships and captains, all with their own unique skills. We saw four ships battling, leaving behind sunken ships and treasures.
Skull and Bones is made with the naval combat of Assassin’s Creed in mind. It has a 5v5 pvp online mode. Sea of Thieves, better watch out! The open world gameplay of Sea of Thieves doesn’t seem to be included in this game.
