Welcome to the very first weekly column about the smaller things happening on the Nintendo-front!
Let’s start off with the release of the new Switch OS update, the newest version is 2.1.0, a new update that will enhance general stability on the device.You can check your current version by going to the settings and then head to System, it’s right there! Make sure to always update your core system when updates are available!
Last weekend we had the Splatoon 2 testfire, which allowed everyone to play the demo online, did you guys enjoy it as much as we did?
In other news, Has been Heroes and Snake pass are about to hit the eshop, look forward to our reviews in the near future!

This week, there was also some confusion about the Lego City Undercover game wether or not it needed 13 GB of storage space even after buying the physical copy, a Warner Bros. statement thankfully clarified that this was not going to be the case, thankfully!
And sadly, Pocket Rumble failed to meet its expected release date of March, no news is available so far in regards to a new release date, let us hope the devs bring good news soon!
On the Nintendo 3DS, we are delighted to expect a very beautiful Collectors edition of the Fire Emblem Echoes – Shadows of Valentia game, Nintendo also announced amiibo functionality for the other Fire Emblem amiibo! Nintendo UK shared a promo video on what to expect on their youtube page: here

The creators behind Gurumin 3D asked their twitter followers whether or not they’d be interested in a physical version of their game, hit them up on twitter to show your support!
And on the mobile side, Super Mario Run is now available on Android!
