This is the fighter teased in the ken reveal. This is the first of the 4 new fighters.
Necali is looking really cool, he looks like an absolutely brutal grappler and seems to have a divekick.
And his V-Trigger make him go Super Saiyan God. Other than that I assume he’s a bad guy or at least chaotic neutral. Necali was revealed just before the Ultra Street Fighter top 8 at EVO. I am really curious as to who is next. My guess is that he shows up at Gamescom next. Also that hair is nuts.
