Sad new today, the promising Silent Hills just got cancelled, Konami officially released this news today.
The playable demo will also be removed from the PS Store.
The official statement:
“Konami is committed to new Silent Hill titles, however the embryonic ‘Silent Hills’ project developed with Guillermo del Toro and featuring the likeness of Norman Reedus will not be continued,”
So it still looks like we’ll get some kind of Silent Hill game in the future but the revealed Silent Hills project won’t release in the future.
A sad day for the fans, the demo will be removed from the PS Store this Wednesday:
