While the famed tournament is months away the lineup has been revealed and it seems like Tekken 7 will a tourney worthy game even before releasing in Europe and the US.
So without further adieu here are the games:
Of course there is Ultra Street Fighter 4 any EVO wouldn’t be EVO without a Street Fighter Tourney and looking at the release date for Street Fighter 5 it seems this will likely be the last time the fourth main iteration is going to be at EVO.
Next up is MAHVEL BAYBEE that’s right the EVO fan favorite Ultimate Marvel VS. Capcom 3 is back and isn’t planning on going away soon.
Next up is a Wii U game and I didn’t think they would have the there as a tourney game but Super Smash Bros. For Wii U is ready to Diddy it up.
Not bad for a party game but this is EVO this isn’t for fun it’s for glory.
Then we got a game that made its glorious return Guilty Gear Xrd (you know I never understood the title why is a gear guilty?) will be at EVO in all of its anime goodness.
The following is one of my current favorite fighting games Killer Instinct, and with season 2 being finished by then(I think) we will see some new fighter combo breaking it all up in this bitch.
Mortal Kombat X is next and I certainly am curious about how the whole variations thing will work at a high level.
A Kung Lao mirror match might not even mean mirror anymore.
Well I was not expecting them to add this game but I am glad they did, Persona 4 Arena Ultimax will be at EVO 2015.
Just a heads-up though, if you haven’t played Persona 4 one of the characters is a spoiler so watch at own risk.
I really don’t know why they brought this back since there already is a game for the same franchise in the line-up but Super Smash Bros. Melee is back.
If Melee gets to stay then why not bring back third strike at least that’s the way I see it.
And the big one on the show certainly is Tekken 7 which will not have been released yet in the US but Namco will be so nice to bring a few Tekken 7 arcade cabinets to EVO.
And Namco explained that they will bring a few cabinets to select events before EVO so American player can try it before getting the floor wiped by the Japanese.

Here are my guesses:
Street Fighter: Daigo will be beaten before top 32 off-stream.
Marvel: dirtbag tactics by Filipino Champ as he lames it out like it’s Cross Tekken to top 8.
Smash Wii u: MewtwoKing wins with Didd, if not Diddy will still win.
Guilty Gear: will have the hypest match in the top 8 of all games.
Killer Instinct: sick match bewteen Wong and Ricko but Ricko will win.
Mortal Kombat X: there is going to be a super clutch match between MIT and his brother DJT.
melee: Mango wins, Mango always wins
Tekken: US is going to be bodied.
Those are my predictions.
