As 2014 becomes the past we can’t help but wonder what the future will bring.
Are you ready to go down this rabbit hole of dreams of what’s to come.
Lander:
There really are a lot of games to look forward to in 2015. Metal Gear Solid, Uncharted, Bloodborne, Evolve, Zelda on Wii U… All great games to look forward to but I’m most excited for Star Fox on Wii U.
I have to admit, it’s a strange selection since we know absolutely nothing about it. We do know that mr. Miyamoto is working on it and that he wants to use the Wii U Game Pad in a good way. I’m hoping on a classic Star Fox game with a high difficulty level, hope they make the franchise return like they did with the Donkey Kong franchise. There are a lot of risks that this game will disappoint but I’m hoping for the best!
Another game I’m really looking forward to is Halo 5: Guardians.
This first true next-generation Halo has to be really good. The teaser they showed on E3 a while ago looked very promising and innovating. Has the Chief lost his way now that Cortana is gone? Or will he find a way to get her back? So many questions, but I’m sure 343 Industries will make this good. The beta is up and running as we speak and the game needs some tweaking of course but it looks very promising!
Jean:
2015 is a year shrouded in mystery… E3 will probably blow us away because think of it… next gen’s been out for a year now in most regions of the world but I think VR will become the next big focus to tie along with the PS4/PC/XBONE agenda.
The game I am anticipating the most… is NO MAN’S SKY.
It’s a very different title that was born as an indie game but is clearly evolving, thanks to Sony, into a AAA game that defies the constraints of open world gaming.
2015… MY BODY IS READY!

Star Citizen
It just looks like a very promising game. It’s one of the biggest Kickstarter project and it will finally come to an end in the later period of 2015. The idea of playing a space sim that let’s you go anywhere you want
and do whatever the hell you want, just seems awesome. Of course, people have a lot of good ideas but mostly the outcome isn’t the product that was promised. So we’ll just have to wait and see.
The Witcher 3
The Witcher is a very good franchise and it has opened my eyes of what a good fantasy game can be. The lore, the monsters, the combat mechanics and the decisions you make are very renewing. Since we’re entering a new period
of technology, I just can’t wait to see how this beautiful world will come alive. It’s an all time favourite.
Blade & soul
I’m a MMORPG fan and “Blade & Soul” caught my eye for some time. The game is already out in Korea but they’re still making plans about releasing in Europe. It’s a martial arts high pace game with an interesting oriental story.
The classes and races look very unique and it’s set in a mysterious dark world. The game is fully voiced over and there are a lot of cinematic scenes to make it more epic.
Yordi:
I am really excited about a few things: Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain, Evolve, Xenoblade Chronicles X(or Xenomech as I like to call it) and so much more.
But what I am most excited about is the new The Legend Of Zelda for WiiU.
We still don’t really know what the game is about or how it really works.
What we have seen looks promising but this certainly is new territory for them so who know what might happen.
So far the game looks gorgeous and I can’t wait to explore and just chill and look at the pretty scenery.
I’m also a little more than excited and curious about Pokken tournament since the announcement we have heard nothing about it or the roster hell we don’t even know how it plays (no mix-ups Harada you had my curiosity, now you have my attention).
Here’s hoping Tyranitar is playable (or Zoroark).
Sander:
I really really am watching forwards for The Witcher 3.
The Witcher universe is a hard and dark place. There is no left and right, no good and bad. There is only survival and your own instincts. Because you will have to take decisions and those will be based on your own point of view on all the events. And when you have taken a decision, you will face the consequences. Not immediately no, but when you least expect them. They sneak up on you and whack you in the head. And then you think: damn, what a game, what a story, what a universe.
Well those certainly are some hopes and dreams.
And let’s hope thing turn out for the best so we can look back with the knowledge that thing turned out fine.
So what are your expectations for 2015.
