NEWS: LulzSec-hacker confesses to hacking Sony Pictures website

A member of LulzSec, a group of hackers, Raynaldo Rivera, also known as ‘Neuron’, pleads guilty for hacking the Sony Pictures website.

Rivera collected data from the website of Sony by hacking it using a program to mask his IP-adress. This personal information of thousands of individual users he got, was placed online by LulzSec-members Sabu, Topiary and Kaula.

Sabo and Topiary have been identified as Hector Monsegur and Jake Davis and admit to having committed hacking crimes. Two others have been arrested for crimes behind the online identity of Kaula. Rivera has agreed to pay his victims a compensation. He also risks a prisonsentence of 5 years and a penalty of 250.000 dollars, for starters…
