The biggest surprise of this year’s E3, Watch Dogs will support Microsoft’s SmartGlass technology.
It’s a logical step for a game that’s all about modern day communication between human beings.
Although producer Dominic Guay can’t give away too many details SmartGlass will function as a bridge between gamers in the real world. It can be used as an application to keep contact with your real life friends.
SmartGlass will be used for different reasons as well but won’t be necessary to use in the game. You can perfectly play the game without SmartGlass.
We also want you to be able to connect with your friends playing in their living room, and have gameplay together. We want to have both of those things. “=That’s definitely stuff we want to do. The plot is that every thing is connected and connection is power, so for us we’re working really hard to mesh all the players of Watch Dogs together.””
