E3 2012 is getting closer and closer, next week we’ll finally be able to report all the new games and consoles that were shown during the convention.
Today however it’s up to Arno Lambert to give his predictions and dreams for next week.
For years, E3 has been the biggest and most known convention on this planet. Everyone is expecting a lot this year, with games like Halo 4 and GTA V coming up.
What do I expect?
1) One of the most anticipated games this year is Grand Theft Auto V. Everyone is looking forward to it, but we don’t actually know that much about it… So I’m kind of hoping for more details at E3. I hope that the multiplayer will be really cool. And because we’re back in San Andreas, I also hope that airplanes will be available.
2) Also, since I’m an Xbox player, and because I’ve played the whole series, I’m hoping for some exciting details about Halo 4. By playing Halo Reach, we know the beginning, but what happened to Master Chief after Halo 3?
3) Assassin’s Creed III, which launches a bit after E3, will be at E3 presenting more gameplay and details, or I hope so! I would really like to see more about the multiplayer as well, because the multiplayer of Revelations was really good, so I expect it to be even better this time!
4) I have been following ‘Dishonored’ for a while now, so I hope we’ll get to see a bit of gameplay. I think Dishonored seems a really good game, so I’m planning on buying it. That’s why I would like to see some more.
What I hope for, but is never going to happen.
1) I hope that Sony and Microsoft will present their next-gen consoles, but since we’ve had confirmation that there will not be any new Sony/Microsoft console during E3 this year, I’m not really expecting it. You never know however, the Xbox 360S was a big surprise a few years back…
2) I also hope that Microsoft might announce a sequel to Gears of War 3. We all know that the war has finished, but … you never know!
3) Red Dead Redemption was a good game, that’s why I hope that Rockstar will present a sequel to the game. There have been rumors about the game, so maybe it will happen… let’s hope so!
