Assassin’s Creed 3 will be the third ‘big’ Assassin’s Creed game and will conclude the story of Desmond.
The game is set to release in 2012 and if we can believe the rumors the game will take place during the American Revolution.
An unknown source ‘close to the project’ claims that AC 3 will be set during the American Revolution and that we’ll receive a first glimpse of the game somewhere in March.
Although it’s not officially announced, the American Revolution was indeed an option in an online survey Ubisoft released last year, asking gamers where the next AC game would take place.
Besides from that, in the Brotherhood’s Da Vinci Disappearance DLC, New York was pointed out by coordinates and George Washington was supposed to possess the Apple of Eden.
Medieval China and Victorian England are also still in the running however.
We’ll have to wait and see for this one.
