A Chinese gamer has payed the unbelievably high amount of $16.000 for an in-game weapon. The only other thing is that the game has not been released yet.
The man made the highest offer during an auction organised by developer Snail Games, to celebrate the upcoming launch of the game “Age of Wulin”.
Age of Wulin is a combination of an MMORPG and a fighting-game that is located in the China of the middle ages and is about Chinese arts and mithology. The game is launching soon in China, but an English version will only be available in the spring of next year. Hopefully, the virtual sword gives him the advantages in PvP that’s worth the 16.000 dollars.
